Who Was I Going To Be?

Linguist, Philosopher, Singer, Dancer, Writer,
Mathematician, Lawyer/Supreme Court Justice, . . .

It's time to let go of some of it. It's not about careers. It's about finding focus in my life and finding what really matters enough to devote my limited time to and letting go of the things that just aren't that important to me anymore. To let go of some of the languages I wanted to learn, some of the things I wanted to master. To become who I really AM. So, .....

Who Am I?

I'm a cashier.
I'm a mother and grandmother.
I've been a student and, in a way, always will be.
I'm not a Seeker anymore, not in the serious way I used to be. Although I am still a philosopher.
I'm a writer, just not the kind I thought I was.
