To make tobacco flavored juice (using 48 mg/ml nic) @ 12 mg/ml strength:
25% VG + 75% PG (incl. nic and flavor)
= 25% VG + 3% flavor + 25% nic + 47% PG

To make 100 ml:  25 ml VG + 3 ml tobacco flavor + 25 ml nic + 47 ml PG
To make 200 ml:  50 ml VG + 6 ml tobacco flavor + 50 ml nic + 94 ml PG

Throw in a little Camtel for Susan.

To make 100ml of juice (Tiramisu): USING MFS 48MG/ML NIC
25% (25ml) Vg
75% PG (including Nic and flavoring)
- 10% (10ml flavoring)
- 25% (25ml) Nic (48mg/ml)
- 40% (40ml) PG
= 12.0 mg/ml juice (would be 13.33mg/ml without flavoring)

To make 500 ml juice (450 ml base):
125 ml VG
125 ml Nic (48 mg/ml in PG)
200 ml PG
((50 ml flavoring to be added as needed))

With 200 ml nic:
Makes 800 ml of final product (720 ml base)
Then need:
200 ml VG (only have about 160 or so ml) 
Need about 40 ml more VG!!!  OK.  Leave it and add more PG.  Let it be 20% VG instead of 25%.
320 ml PG + 40 ml PG to make up for the missing VG.

200 ml nic
160 ml VG
80 ml flavoring
360 PG ?

So current batch is:
200 ml 48 mg/ml nic in PG
360 ml PG
160 ml VG

Which is (as is): 78/22 PG/VG at 13.3 mg/ml
And after adding 10% flavoring: 80/20 PG/VG at 12 mg/ml

In My Tobacco Base Bottle

Had some already made at 25 VG + 25 nic + 47 PG
Added:  50+ VG + 65 nic + 75+ PG
Then it was too full to add more PG/Vg to make it come out right.

50 + 65 + 75 = 190
250 (size of bottle) - 190 = 60
So, 60 ml of the original mixture 25 + 25 + 47 mixture.
What strength does it come out to?  What % PG/VG does it come out to?
Approximately:
15 VG  + 15 nic + 38 PG  plus
50 VG + 65 nic + 75 PG
----------------------------
= 65 VG + 80 nic + 113 PG
 
which is 258 ml total
which is 80 nic per 258 = 31% nic = 15 mg/ml
and 193 PG (nic and PG) per 258 = 75/25 PG/VG

So, it's in between base made for tobacco and base made for other flavorings and would be OK to use for either.
